Welcome to the POLAR EXPRESS!

Patiently waiting for the ride of the season.

He had their full attention for over thirty minutes.  The Kat was putting this guy through his magical paces with the appearance of little green foam balls into their hands.  I think he was a little daunted by the packing techniques of my children.  Afterall they are little wolverines!

Who could that be behind all that hair?

Why it is Big Red himself!  Have YOU been good this year?

Why yes, Mr. Claus, Mommy only had to text Mrs. Claus twice last week. We all have been very good this year.

Do you believe?

I BELIEVE, I BELIEVE!!!!

Merry Christmas to all and to all a good night.  May your dreams come true and bask in the hue of the family's love light.  Where ever you go, take comfort to know, a child's smile makes the heart bright.

Love to you all.

October Blitz Recap

Delayed response to the wee ones birthday way back in October.  Just a few shots of flying kids screaming their lungs out! I think Bitsy is looking for a spot in Cirque de Soleil with her mad acrobatic skills on the flying trapeze.

Hallelujah!

I know I have not written anything as of late but I have been busy.  The holiday season is upon me and getting happier by the minute.  With every ornament going on the tree, every twinkling light, every additional item added to the "Begging the Santa" list, my heart gets warmer.  As I said before, music is healing for me.  Holiday music hits every chord of my heart just right and a Capella music multiply that by ten. So for this brief interlude enjoy this video to help raise your holiday spirit.

A little bit of the funny

I find this absurdly amusing.

Home and Hearth

 Heredity

I am the family face;
Flesh perishes, I live on,
Projecting trait and trace
Through time to times anon,
And leaping from place to place
Over oblivion.

The years-heired feature that can
In curve and voice and eye
Despise the human span
Of durance -- that is I;
The eternal thing in man,
That heeds no call to die
~Thomas Hardy
